What gives java it's "write once and run anywhere" nature?

1) First reasons is that java is platform independent language, so that it provide facility to 'write once and run anywhere'.
2) in java we can compile source code,and complied code can be executed on any platform using JVM.
3) JVM can run any complied code beacuse complied code is platform independent code. that why we called java is platform independent language.so that java having  ' write once and run anywhere' nature.
4) Java is most convenient language because it not having problem of  execution of same system .
5) Java is platform independent programming language, because java program compiled code can run in all operating systems.

6) Java is known as platform independent because it uses the concept of generating the byte code of the high level program ,and then run that byte code using (java virtual machine) JVM.
